Reflective, beautiful, delicate arrangement of the hymn ‘O Come O Come Emmanuel’ (from the latin ‘Veni, Veni, Emmanuel’) , traditionally sung as a Christian hymn for Advent and Christmas. Historically the tune comes from France, part of a manuscript of processional chants for burials.

A stirring military brass & wind band arrangement of the Anglican hymn ‘Eternal Father, Strong to Save’ popularised by the Royal Navy and the United States Navy. It is often played by military band in a slower tempo for funerals. Also known as ‘Hymn of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces’, ‘the Royal Navy Hymn’, the ‘United States Navy Hymn’ (or just The Navy Hymn), as well as “For Those in Peril on the Sea”.
The text was written by William Whiting, and the tune – titled ‘Melita’ (Malta) – was composed by Anglican clergyman John B. Dykes (1823-1876) in Iambic meter.
